Have you ever thought how much the current population spends on consumerism? People buy stuff, use it for a short amount of time and after that it will be stored somewhere and forgotten, thrown away or in a better scenario sold in second hand markets.
Do you remember your grandmas antique arm-chair, that is still taking up space in your garage? Or the baby carriage, out of what your kid has long grown out from. Our society has evolved into a consumer society who constantly buys stuff. Your current phone is only a year or two old and you’re already looking for the latest model online. There is no more room in the closet but it’s still not enough. But what about your older but still usable items? Having so much stuff can become even outright overwhelming. Surely it is also overwhelming for the environment. Producing and consuming only new and new stuff, you’re leaving behind a huge mark on the environment, a lot of it going towards helping landfills grow larger. In a survey ordered by the Ministry of the Environment for looking into environmental awareness of the Estonian people, recycling wasn’t considered important in 2012. In 2014 however, 11% of the people believed that recycling is a field, that should be emphasized more.

I Liked this post because I am a good fan of your IDEA, however the post is long and not easy to read possibly because of the font type or because of how the whole texts are packed together. You may disallow this comment from being published because I only used it to pass the message to you. Nevertheless, go for it justswap you can do it…. 🙂 thanks.
